Cancellation Policy

CANCELATION POLICY: 15 MIN LATE cancelation policy, lash tech has a right to cancel your appointment for running 15 minutes late. THERE WILL BE NO REFUND AND 50% WILL BE CHARGED TO YOUR CARD AS A NO SHOW. You have 20 Hrs to cancel your appointment, should you not comply with the policy a 50% no show fee will be charged to your card on file. SERVICE POLICY: By clicking ok you acknowledge all tools and products being used are safe/ you refused a patch test. Should anything happen 1- day after service please advise within 1 day, that I may asses a free touch up or not depending on your after care. Should you have not used a shampoo to clean 2x a day this will no longer apply. There will be ABSOLUTELY NO REFUND FOR ANY SERVICE AFTER ANY SERVICE HAS BEEN DONE.
